A discovery call provides an opportunity for us to have an informal conversation and get to know one another. This visit is a chance to decide if you want to give coaching a try and if you want coaching, this helps you determine if I am the person you want to work with. You can use this call to share your challenges or goals and I will tell you how I think that I can help.
new client - Intake FORM & 60-min coaching Session
COST - $250

This service provides you with 60-minutes to discuss you, your life, your goals, your dreams.
We will identify the challenges and obstacles that are interfering with your ability to live the life of your dreams and then together, we will come up with strategies to help you overcome those challenges.
60-minute - 1:1 coaching session
COST - $250
This service provides you with 60 minutes to discuss you, your life, your goals, your dreams.

90-minute - 1:1 coaching session
COST - $299
This 90 minute session allows you to work on your goals and develop a more in-depth strategic plan of action. This option is for those with who may need occasional sessions, and it allows the flexibility to purchase single sessions as needed.
